ROME — An Italian agency that battles child pornography has issued a report saying that 100 percent of Internet servers that manage the traffic of child porn sites are located in Libya.
As a result of the findings, the founder of the Meter Association is calling for better ways of keeping track of Internet sites that are involved in these crimes, according to SperoForum.com.
The association has been working on several initiatives to raise awareness and to bring an end to these crimes among Internet users.
Meter, which is sponsoring a week for Children Victims of Violence April 25-May 1, runs a national hotline for aiding victims and provides a forum for Internet users to report suspicious activity.
