JuliLand.com Launches

LOS ANGELES — Adult starlet, Adam & Eve spokesperson, Doc Johnson licensee, Free Speech Coalition lobbyist and Playboy TV host Juli Ashton announced Monday the launch of her first official website, JuliLand.com, in partnership with photographer and director Richard Avery.

The new site features five primary sections:

  • Fotoland, which showcases original Avery photography.

  • Movieland, which will debut original short flicks directed by Avery every Friday.

  • Playland, a virtual repository for “everything Juli and Richard have to offer,” including photos from photographers around the world, unpublished images of Ashton and regular special “surprise” contributions.

  • jGrrl, featuring a new “grrl” every month, beginning with AMA Video contact star Nautica Thorn.

  • HeyJuli, podcasting Ashton interviews with a wide array of adult and mainstream figures, including talks with band members from Buckcherry, pornstar Justine Joli, astrologer, Maria Shoaw, “seduction expert” Mary Taylor, Penthouse Pet Charlie Laine and “love and relationship expert” Ava Cadell.

“We are going to present your favorite stars like you’ve never seen them before,” Ashton said. “Richard and I wanted to create something special, something different.”

Ashton, who has hosted Playboy TVs “Night Calls Live” for more than 10 years, said most of the content off the site also would be compatible with Video iPods.

“It was vital to make a download friendly site that allows members to download everything from our site to video iPods, where everything is in the palm of your hand,” she said.

An affiliate program for the new site is in development.
