Baci Lingerie Signs Multi-Million Dollar Deal in Scandinavia

MIAMI — Baci Lingerie has inked an exclusive partnership with X-Rated, Aps., one of Scandinavia’s leading wholesalers.

According to Baci Lingerie, the deal, which further solidifies the company’s global dominance, took months of meetings and negotiations with three of the country’s largest distributors.

X-Rated has more than 12 years of experience in brand development and distribution. Baci Lingerie said X-Rated's experience and goals complement its mission of delivering the highest-quality sexy and erotic luxury for the lowest prices ever seen on the market.

X-Rated, which will be doing business as Baci Lingerie Scandinavia, conducted analysis and research of the Scandinavian market and projects multi-million dollar sales turnover and has signed an agreement which guarantees a turnover of more than one million in the first year, followed by millions more in the second year, the company said.

"We're very proud and excited to enter the Scandinavian market, the success of this expansion will certainly be based on the partnership between two companies that share the same concept of affordable luxury,” said Robert Rosen, chief operations officer of Baci Lingerie.

Baci Lingerie said it continues to invest more than $60 million in its global expansion and also in opening what it calls the most extravagant stores ever seen in the lingerie business. Both Baci Lingerie and X-Rated are already in the talks of opening up Baci Lingerie mono brand stores throughout Scandinavia.

Baci Lingerie is attending the Venus Show in Berlin this week and the Salon International de la lingerie Paris in January 2011.
