The new one-year warranty takes effect immediately on all purchases made from Aug. 1 onwards, and guarantees replacement of defective products within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Customers can return any defective We-Vibe product to their retailer for a replacement. Consumers requiring assistance can contact the Customer Service department at Standard Innovation Corporation at customer-service@we-vibe.com, or by calling (613) 828-6678.
The company said that the warranty is a manufacturer driven incentive as both retailers and distributors worldwide report that the We-Vibe and We-Vibe II have the lowest defect and return rate in the industry.
