Jameson, Ortiz Take Back Allegations

LOS ANGELES — TMZ reports Jenna Jameson and Tito Ortiz have retracted allegations that led to his felony domestic violence arrest earlier this week.

Jameson had accused Ortiz of injuring her during an argument but now she says, “What actually happened has now been dramatically distorted and misinterpreted and remarks that both Tito and I made after the police arrived reflect the state of shock that we were both in."

Ortiz is also now taking back his statements claiming Jameson was addicted to Oxycontin. His new position is that he found two Oxycontin pills in a pair of her pants pocket and may have jumped to conclusions. Jameson says the pills are very old. She also tested negative for drugs this week.

Tito’s lawyer, Chip Matthews, says the whole thing was “a big misunderstanding.”

Sources say Ortiz stands to lose $15 million if he’s prosecuted for domestic violence. The money accounts for his UFC contract and other businesses.
