Plastic Hassle Creative Studio Launches Circus Hooker Smut Regime

LOS ANGELES — Plastic Hassle Creative Studio has announced the opening of an adult branch, Circus Hooker Smut Regime, intended to "bridge the branding gap of the adult industry," using crossover strategies employed by its mainstream clientele.

According to the company, the new entity's focus will be establishing greater audience share and loyalty through proven methods of niche marketing.

"We're talking about a completely new perspective of how the adult industry can work," Owner and Creative Director Jim Fisher said. "There is no reason why good branding should be exclusive to PG-rated content."

Fisher says the new studio will incorporate the full-spectrum approach their mainstream counterpart has employed for such clients as alt fashion mainstay Lip Service; combining traditional promotional tools with new, user-centric fields of viral marketing and social media.

Central to CHS Regime directors, Jim and Mich Fisher, is the fundamental issue of content.

"The most brilliant marketing in the world won't sell a product that's not intrinsically interesting," Marketing Director Mich Fisher offered. "The public has millions of options at their fingertips, so the realities of Internet entertainment require a dramatic top down shift to a quality over quantity mindset."

The CHS Regime strategy, they say, is to use tools readily available but underutilized by the adult industry.

"Certainly, lots of adult providers have employed social media," Mich Fisher continues. "But it's principally been a one-way street rather than a conversation. To know what the paying markets want takes a lot more listening."

Along with its services division, Circus Hooker Smut Regime will also include a content development and production arm to encompass general adult as well as niche content.

"The best way to put our ideas into practice is by making our own content. Our web and video productions are all about being visually engaging and erotic but, more importantly, being genuinely interesting," Jim Fisher said. "There is a massive unserved audience looking for quality adult entertainment and we're going to give it to them."

"Sure, beautiful websites and images are nice, but they're just the icing, aren't they?" Mich Fisher asked, adding, "in a saturated market, that's just not enough anymore."

"Whether you're in the mainstream or adult market, successful projects rely on a results-driven point of view from the initial planning stages. Our focus is adding value to the brand along with eye-catching design," Mich Fisher concluded. "It's more intensive, but thriving in a competitive market is a pretty satisfying reward."
