BoXXXee Offers BangBros IPTV App

LOS ANGELES — Adult IPTV software development group BoXXXee has announced the release of a BangBros application for the Boxee IPTV platform.

According to the company, the app is available as a download from within the Boxee App Box for all users of the Boxee IPTV platform, and allows users to easily navigate the BangBros website and watch video content from the comfort of their living room couch, by using a custom user interface.

The BangBros app is the first in a series of premium adult Boxee apps that BoXXXee will be releasing throughout 2010.

Existing BangBros network subscribers can use their website user name and password within the app and gain access to the entire BangBros video catalog. Boxee users who are not subscribers can view BangBros preview video content and can subscribe from within the app itself.

BX Media Networks, LLC, BoXXXee's parent company and BangBros affiliate, receives a portion of subscription revenue generated from within the app.

"Since the earliest days of film through to the birth of the Internet, adult video has played a pivotal role as an early adopter of new media technologies," BX Media Networks Chief Development Officer Ameno Stuart said. "Today, as we see Internet-delivered video moving onto our TV screens, adult content is again leading the way."

"We are very excited, with the release of this app, to present adult content owners and developers with a path toward monetizing the IPTV space," Stuart added. "BangBros' well-respected content on the Boxee platform is, we believe, a glimpse at the future of adult video."
