Jenna Jameson’s Former Divorce Attorneys Sue Her

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. — Former porn star Jenna Jameson has been sued by the Beverly Hills law firm of Hersh, Mannis and Bogen.

Jameson is accused of not paying $72,300 for work dating back to 2006 in a lawsuit filed Monday at Los Angeles Superior Court.

The 12-attorney law firm, which specializes in family and divorce law, claims it was hired to represent Jameson in her divorce from Jay Grdina, who he met in 1998 and married in 2003.

In 2000 Grdina and Jameson founded ClubJenna and later expanded the company to a point where the business was bringing in an estimated $30 million per year. It later was purchased by Playboy in 2006 for $17.6 million.

Hersh, Mannis and Bogen is helmed by divorce attorney Neal Hersh, who has represented Kim Basinger versus Alec Baldwin; Brad Pitt in his divorce from Jennifer Aniston; Pamela Anderson in her divorce from Kid Rock; and Halle Berry in her divorce from Eric Benet.

XBIZ calls to Hersh for comment went unreturned at post time.

Earlier this month, Jameson was named a co-defendant in another lawsuit at Maricopa County Court in Arizona.

Grdina's brother, James Grdina, said that Jameson and Jay Grdina, were supposed to pay back $250,000 he loaned them.

James Grdina said he loaned the married couple "as a partner contribution" to acquire Penthouse Magazine after it was put up for sale in 2003. But the deal never went through, and James Grdina says he was repaid only $125,000.
