The program provides funds to help clean up those caught in the downward spiral of drugs and alcohol.
“We try to do everything that we can for those looking for a way out of their addiction and hopefully they can now receive the treatment they desperately need, which will help them get on a better path to a clean and sober life,” AIM Healthcare’s director, Dr. Sharon Mitchell, said. “Saturday night’s benefit show will be a big help because it means that we can open our doors to help a few more patients in serious need of treatment.”
Porn performer and AIM supporter Kurt Lockwood will strap on his guitar during a live concert by his band Sex City Punks.
A $10 donation is required to get into this show, with 100 percent of the door to go to the AIM fund. The concert also features a performance by the national music act Nashville Pussy.
Sex Z Pictures, among other adult companies, has promised a donation. “We were called upon to help out, and we’re always ready to provide some funds to help see that the good work of Sharon Mitchell at AIM’s Detox Program continues,” Sex Z Pictures owner Bo Kenney said.
