Webbilling Hires Industry Vet ‘Wizzo’

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Alternative processor Webbilling has hired industry veteran Jimmy Foreman, aka Wizzo, as director of sales and marketing, a position he said he looks forward to filling.

“After 12-plus years of being in the affiliate program side of the business I was ready for a new challenge and this opportunity gives me that,” Foreman told XBIZ. “Yet I can still use the knowledge, contacts and experience [gained from] running affiliate programs for many years to the table.”

Foreman said working for an alternative billing company will offer new challenges and an opportunity to work with direct debit, a tool Webbilling is known for, which he said he believe will help program owners improve their businesses.

“Webbilling offers a unique product that will improve sales without affecting clients current credit card processing,” Foreman said. “I have little doubt that the combination of my experience and the solid EU billing options Webbilling offers, our merchants will make more money from their existing EU traffic — and with the current economic climate it is important for everyone to make the most from what they have."

Webbilling Global Operations Manager Ines Peterson said the company is excited to work with Foreman and is eager to bring his years of industry experience and expertise to the company’s client base.

“The Webbilling.com priority is not just to implement, but to support our merchants and help them to best convert their EU surfers,” Peterson said. “Jimmy’s experience dealing with traffic, affiliates, sponsors and more prepares him to be a great fit and to bring an additional perspective to our team.”

Foreman previously worked with MayorsMoney for six years, having helped build the program from the ground up, and acted as vice president of operations when it was acquired by DeeCash 18 months ago. Foreman also has worked closely with industry board GFY.com, among other adult brands.
