Zocku Enables Adult Social Networks

LOS ANGELES — For adult entrepreneurs seeking profits from social networking, an increasingly popular deployment option is the newly launched Zocku platform.

Zocku claims to be the world's first adult social network builder; allowing webmasters to easily build and monetize rich online communities.

Among the premium service's standard features are member profiles, activity feeds, a network designer and network email function, custom site layouts, global bulletins, blogs, forums, RSS feed options, member photo and video sharing, Widgets, advanced search capabilities and more.

One new offering powered by the Zocku platform is Nunuah.com, which describes itself as "an adult's only resource and advertising social network community" targeting users looking for adult entertainment products and services and seeks to alleviate a common problem among adult webmasters — trying to get traffic to their website.

"A webmaster can network with other adult entrepreneurs; promote their affiliate program, events and more," stated a company spokesperson. "Likewise the consumer can easily find your product or service through search results made possible by the keywords you provide."

"One of the major benefits of advertising on a social networking site is that advertisers can take advantage of the user's demographic information, wants, and needs, and target their ads appropriately," the spokesperson said.

Nunuah.com provides several ways in which users can promote their offers, including direct advertising that is based on your network of friends; direct advertising placed on your social networking site page; indirect advertising by creating groups, pages, forums or events; as well as direct traffic from the site.

"There have been many claims that Social Network Advertising will revolutionize the online advertising market," the spokesperson offered. "Most famously, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, announced that 'For the last hundred years media has been pushed out to people, but now marketers are going to be a part of the conversation.'"

"There is no doubt that social network advertising is a significant new way of reaching customers, however the market is far from being mature," the spokesperson concluded. "As Internet usage continues to grow in other parts of the world, and social networks continue to proliferate, advertising on social network communities will be a beneficial aspect of any online business that wants to profit."

Another entrant in the Zocku-powered arena is Fuckemjoint.com, an "adult dating online social community" offering personals, sex dates, advertising and more.

According to a Fuckemjoint.com representative, social network services such as Myspace and Facebook focus on building online communities of people who share interests and/or activities, or who are interested in exploring the interests and activities of others; but these sites are broad-based, with members coming from a variety of backgrounds looking for different types of relationships.

"Intentions can vary from looking for a one time date, to a short-term or long-term relationship; or networking, affiliating and marketing, depending on its focus," the rep said. "Adult sites are more specific, based on the type of members they are looking for: interests are more in common, location is not all that important and the relationship desired is already established."

"Online adult dating … allows individuals, swingers, gays, couples and groups to make contact and communicate with each other over the Internet, usually with the objective of developing a personal sexual relationship," the rep added. "[But] adult social networks do not necessarily have to be all about easy sex or dating nude online — many users simply keep in touch with friends or express their sexuality through blogs, articles, photos and videos."

Zocku developers can use make use of the system's API and authentication system to create a seamless integration with existing websites and access member submitted data. Pricing for the hosted service starts at $49.95/month with a one month free trial currently offered; it is a pay-as-you-go solution with no minimum service contract required.
