Gmunder Turns to Gay Adult for Photo Books

BERLIN — Gay adult performers and studios figure prominently among the photo books scheduled for release by publishing and distribution giant Bruno Gmunder for the first half of the new year.

The company recently circulated its publishing schedule covering January through June.

Several additions to Gmunder’s “Greats” series — pocket-sized editions of the company’s most popular photo books — are planned, including “Young Men of Falcon” for April.

Originally published in 2002, “Young Men of Falcon” features retired performer Billy Brandt on its cover.

Also in April, Gmunder will release “To the Last Man” with Raging Stallion exclusive Jake Deckard on the cover.

The book is an extension of the two-part, cowboy-themed feature of the same name, which recently earned a 2009 XBIZ Awards nomination as GLBT Film of the Year.

The month of May will bring the release of “Champions,” featuring photography culled from the recent output of Falcon Studios. Studio exclusive — and XBIZ Awards nominee — Erik Rhodes appears on the cover in a glamour photo shot for his movie “Fleet Week.”

Gmunder described the content as “America’s most renowned studio in the adult industry showing its best models: smooth, athletic bodies with great smiles.”

That same month, two additional Falcon exclusives, real-life partners Aden Jaric and Jordan Jaric, are to be seen on the cover of the 2009 Spartacus International Gay Guide, a popular travel guide published yearly by Gmunder.

Additionally in May, “Playing Hard to Get” will be released featuring performers from pro/am site CorbinFisher.com. The tome is a follow-up to “Amateur College Men” released earlier this year, and spotlights “outdoor erotica at its best,” Gmunder said. “CorbinFisher presents young, tight-bodied men in erotic encounters in which they seldom drop the last pieces of clothes.”
