The new program, available at SwingClick.com, includes a 25 percent recurring monthly commission on all paid memberships.
Founded in 2002, CouplesTouch.com currently boasts roughly 45,000 active members, and Shane Dodson, Market Director for the site, said the company processes 8,000 logins per day.
“We are confident that we’ll see a dramatic increase in our membership base as we begin working with a select group of first class affiliate webmasters,” said Dodson.
Travis Reese, Rick’s Cabaret VP of Technology, said growth in traffic to the site made establishing an affiliate program an easy choice. Originally developed for patrons of Encounters, a Houston-based club run by Rick’s, CouplesTouch.com now offers matchmaking services for self-proclaimed swingers throughout the country.
“The site has experienced rapid growth since its inception in 2002,” said Reese. “We’ve decided to take it to the next level with [this] program."
Rick’s, which had operations in New Orleans, was not financially effected by Hurricane Katrina because the independent nightclub in that city operated under a one-time license fee, officials said. The company was up 2.26 percent today to $3.17 a share.
