Breadcrumbs

Charlotte (Lexi Luna) and her husband Max (Seth Gamble) have fallen into the rut of routine in their marriage. Max works, they haul their son Christopher back and forth and fight him about screen time and bedtime, Charlotte cooks and cleans, and everyone goes to bed exhausted. Rinse and repeat. And even when Charlotte and Max do find time for sex, there's no passion or emotion behind it. It's just a momentary distraction from the dullness of their vapid union. But when Charlotte gets invited to a girls' night by some of the moms at her son's school, opportunity knocks. Suddenly, both Charlotte and Max are faced with the chance to act on fantasies they've been hiding, and their individual choices will shape the very existence of their family in the future.
Wicked Pictures has long been a bastion of feature porn that tells compelling, relatable stories. It's a wonder, then, that it's taken so long for master storyteller Bree Mills to collaborate with the studio. For the first time, Mills brings her brand of emotional and realistic porn to the house of Wicked, and the results are spectacular. Mills presents a story about a couple that could be any American household: a bored wife who has nearly forgotten what used to excite her, an unsatisfied husband who drowns himself in work and sordid sexual fantasies, and a child who, like all children, sucks the time away like a sponge. Lexi takes on the biggest feature role I've ever seen her in, and she nails it.
We meet Charlotte's sexual psyche first, as she is caressed gently by the delectable Charlotte Stokely. It's a fever dream, but it sets the tone for Charlotte's state of mind right off the bat. We also meet Max and discover his apathetic approach to his wife contrasted with his excitement every time his phone dings with a notification from the latest e-girl he's sent money to on her fan page.
Later, we see Max succumb to the temptation that's been nipping at the edges of his marriage. With Charlotte away for a girls' night, he reaches out to one of his many online chicks — and sex bomb Melissa Stratton answers the call. She arrives at his house and wastes little time getting down to business. She throats him hungrily, causing the beleaguered husband's resolve to crumble.
Meanwhile, Charlotte finds herself overwhelmed at the girls' night, and her insecurities threaten to devour her. On the brink of mental implosion, she is saved by Lucy (Siri Dahl), who whisks her away to the bedroom to calm down. Charlotte unloads every marital fear and fatigue she's been wrestling with onto Lucy in a moment of complete vulnerability, at last shattering the facade she's been propping up. Lucy tucks Charlotte into the safety of her understanding, and that leads to the most tender sexual encounter in the film.
As Charlotte and Max come to terms with their individual choices, the failings of their marriage come front and center. The couple is forced to confront their lives as they were, their lives as they are, and their lives as they want them to be. Ultimately, they choose a life together that includes some spice in the bedroom, which is where the delicious Emma Hix comes in. The threesome between them is perfectly exploratory. Emma is confident, Lucy is excited, and Max is stunned at his good luck. He lets the ladies go to town on him, careful not to do or say anything to ruin such a perfect fantasy. Charlotte in reverse cowgirl is positively heaven, and her getting plowed in spoon while Emma tongues Max's balls is a helluva treat for the libido. It's the perfect way to end the film.
Please let Mills do more work with Wicked. Her writing and directing style is tailor-made for the studio's vision, and "Breadcrumbs" is proof positive.
