Swapping Girlfriends

Pure Taboo
Swapping Girlfriends

Fistopher Nolan and Midnight pen two fantastic scripts exploring the kink of swapping partners.

This is a brilliant film that explores two incredibly relevant but hard-to-stomach truths. This is the modus operandi for Pure Taboo, and everyone involved in these two projects embraces that truth with vigor.

“Swapping Girlfriends” (Alex Coal and Logan Pierce):

April (Alex Coal) is not looking forward to visiting her boyfriend Andy’s brother Pete (Logan Pierce). The last time they visited Andy’s brother, he made her incredibly uncomfortable, and ever since then, she’s been glad to avoid him. Unfortunately for April, Andy is insistent that everything is going to be fine, and she reluctantly relents. However, when Andy goes to the car to get a forgotten bag, April is horrified to see him drive away along with her purse. That’s when Pete reveals that he and his brother hatched this plan to strand April alone with Pete so he can have his way with her. Infuriated but aware that she’s got no choice, April begrudgingly plays along. This scene works because of Alex Coal’s masterful job of staying in character. Her disgust shows plainly on her face the entire time even when she’s got a mouthful of Pierce’s cock. Meanwhile, Pierce wears a smug smile the whole time as he absolutely relishes Coal’s forced submission to his twisted carnal desires. One thing that enhances this despicable fantasy further is the way Coal’s demeanor changes as the scene progresses. She starts to turn from total disgust to defiant challenger. She starts fucking Pierce back just as hard as he’s fucking her, as if attempting to prove that she can make Pete regret his deception. The spoon is a perfect example of this tonal shift, and the intensity of the scene doubles because of it.

“Uncle Hyde” (Laney Grey and Stirling Cooper):

Brooklyn (Laney Grey) is looking forward to visiting her aunt Sadie and Uncle Neil (Stirling Cooper), but she’s surprised to find her aunt out of town during her visit. Still, Uncle Neil is her favorite, and the prospect of a weekend with him is quite appealing, mainly because she trusts him and is looking to get some things off her chest. She admits to Neil that she’s grown frustrated with her parents’ overprotectiveness, particularly their insistence on restricting who she dates. Brooklyn reveals that she’s met a boy on the internet, and her true reason for visiting is to be close to him so they can meet in secret. But to her horror, Neil uses her admission to blackmail her into fucking him on the threat of telling her parents about her plans. Backed into a corner, Brooklyn relents despite her obvious disgust at the entire proposition. Much to Brooklyn’s surprise, her uncle turns out to be a fuck machine who introduces her to a world of physical pleasure she didn’t know existed — and her inhibitions soon melt away under his expert carnality. This fantasy is a tad different, with the rub being the reluctant woman who realizes what an amazing fuck the elder statesman is. Grey plays the role perfectly, looking properly overwhelmed by the pleasure coursing through her body courtesy of Cooper’s expert humping. She wears a mask of shock and bliss throughout the encounter, and Cooper gives her very little time to rest as he drowns her in raunchy, squirting orgasms.

These are two very different films, and both bring strong taboo elements to the table. The sex is fantastic, and the narratives are compelling. Both Pierce and Cooper are despicable, and the idea of both getting away with their respective schemes is a gross thought that pairs perfectly with the taboo sexual fantasies explored in both stories. Both stories are expertly brought together, and the cast (particularly Coal) does a good job bringing the tales to life.
