InterMix Media, a six-year-old adware placement company, is calling a suit filed by New York Attorney General Elliott Spitzer inappropriate, saying its evidence is inaccurate and outdated.
Gentlemen’s club Rick’s Cabaret International has plans to purchase Midtown Manhattan’s Paradise Club for $7.625 million, XBiz has learned. The Houston-based company will occupy 10,000 square feet on three levels, the maximum square footage allowed in New York City.
