Vivid Entertainment wants former “Kate Plus 8” TV reality star Kate Gosselin to be the first naked host of its recently announced VividTV pay TV channel.
Designer retailer Kate Spade has filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, saying KateSpade.xxx should be handed over to the New York-based company.
