Answering a reader question asking "What does the Bible say about pornography?," Pastor Adrienne Greene of Harrison, Ohio, acknowledged that although "the exact word is not found in scripture," the devil, "generation after generation, repackages and sells the same forbidden sex-practices God spoke about to Moses: homosexuality, incest, human trafficking and predatory abuses toward children and beasts."
Last week, a group of Ohio lawmakers, including vocal War on Porn crusader Jena Powell, presented separate pieces of legislation they will introduce with an aim to, in their words, “shame” people who pay sex workers, or those “knowingly receiving financial proceeds for sex acts committed” by sex workers.
An Ohio state representative has just introduced a version of religiously inspired legislation in an attempt to push her state legislature to declare pornography "a public health hazard with statewide and national public health impacts leading to a broad spectrum of individual and societal harms.”
