Alleged obscene picture peddler Chris Wilson today has been ordered released from jail by a Florida appellate court, after initially being denied immediate release last week.

Paycom's Chairman and CEO Chris Mallick has officially stepped down, the company announced in a statement. Representatives for Paycom have not released any additional information on Mallick's departure, other than to say that the change is effective immediately.
