Alana Evans Returns to Performing With Ideal Image

LOS ANGELES — Adult star and radio personality Alana Evans told XBIZ she is returning to performing after a two-and-a-half year hiatus, hiring Ideal Image Management for all her scene bookings.

Evans said she teamed up with Ideal Image because they see talent management the same way.

“They’re a new agency with some really great girls and it’s really the ethics behind their agency,” Evans said, noting she has developed a strong rapport with owners Corey and Mike. “I get to make my own decisions and still be in control of my career. They’ve been amazing, very respectful. They made me feel happy and comfortable right away. They work for me. I don’t work for them.”

The award-winning starlet recently celebrated 13 years in adult entertainment.

“I remember my first scene was on March 24, 1998, with Mr. Marcus,” Evans recalled. “I still remember the color of the walls.”

Her next shoot will be in early May for Brazzers.

“I’m really excited. I’ve never shot for Brazzers before,” said Evans, who was born on Ft. Campbell, Ky., and raised in northern California.

During her break from sex scenes, Evans and her partner Chris built their content library for their growing production company Royalty X, shooting 10-plus movies that are available exclusively at RoyaltyX.com.

“We’re getting ready to start filming a couple new movies, our production schedule is starting back up," she continued. "Our first movie coming back is going to be a ninja movie. I’m a dork with my super pink ninja stuff.”

Evans said when her new movies are completed that Royalty X would seek DVD distribution.

“At first we were deciding to keep everything online because of the way the DVD market was declining. But it’s not dead yet, it’s still hanging on. And the fans have really been asking for me to put the movies out on DVD,” she said.

When Evans isn’t shooting she also holds down a regular gig as a host on Spice Radio. She hosts the “Jerk Box” from 7 to 11 p.m. every Thursday in addition to a music segment called “Music to Fuck By” that plays during most commercial breaks.

Evans jokingly calls the Jerk Box “an obnoxious, sexual variety show.”

“I have guests. I tell stories. It’s so much fun,” she said. “The show has been on since September, but I’ve been working for Sirius/XM for over five years.”
