Nick Manning Buys Simi Valley Estate to Rent for Filming

SIMI VALLEY, Calif. — Adult star Nick Manning has purchased a 6,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style house in east Simi Valley and plans to rent it out for adult and mainstream productions. The house is situated on a secluded hillside, has six bedrooms, including two master bedrooms, a media room, dining room, three living rooms, a spacious kitchen and five bathrooms. The house also has a 12-car garage. Manning told XBIZ he has been investing in real estate for some time and originally eyed the property to shoot his own productions but decided it would be a better business decision to rent it. “I was just trying to prevent having neighbors and this is a good way to make some income from it,” Manning said. “When we so many people wanted to shoot here, we decided to rent the location.” Although the house is in Simi Valley, its proximity to Chatsworth and the fact that Manning’s own home is adjacent made the decision to buy easy. “I never stop investing,” Manning told XBIZ. “Right now is one of the best times in history to buy housing, especially in California.
