Penny Flame and Shane's World contract performer Casey Parker will host the event, which will feature drink specials and gifts courtesy of xPeeps, Shane's World and Rhino 51.
Other highlights include the "Soaked With Beer" wet T-shirt contest, five-on-five boat race drinking games and more. Promotional shirts and DVD will also be distributed.
The event is open to the general public, although there will be two industry-only VIP sections.
"We want to give back to you, our fans and friends, so we got the owner to make this a free party for everyone," said Megan Stokes, Shane's World vice president of sales. "Attire is as casual, sexy, wild or as wacky as you want to be. Just be there."
Doors open and red carpet arrivals begin at 9 p.m. The event will run until 2 a.m.
