The event takes place August 30-31 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.
Chadwell will host the stripper competition, featuring top performers from Déjà vu, Hustler, Olympic Gardens, Palomino, and Club Paradise, who will compete for over $20,000 in cash and prizes.
Contest categories include Best Body, Best Dancer and Best Pole Dancer; with the semifinals occurring on stage at the Ball on August 30 and the finals on August 31.
Bobbi Billard, Akira Lane and Penthouse POY Erica Ellyson will judge the competition.
"We are happy to have Heather aboard," Ball producer Howard Mauskopf said. "She is smart, sexy, funny, and knows the stripper business from all sides. Heather will be the color commentator for the competition, and I don't think there was a better choice on all of planet Earth."

Richard Vission will headline the first night, which also features Scooter and Lavelle, Drummer KC, Gen-XX and the multi-sensory laser-filled wizardry of Mobius8.
Gilby Clarke will join the Genitorturers — proclaimed the world's sexiest band — as headliners for the second night, which also features LA-based rockers Damato and Girls Girls Girls — an all-female Motley Crüe tribute band.
"This sounded like such a great gig the moment I heard about it. No way I was turning this down," said Gilby Clarke, an original member of Guns N' Roses and star of CBS' 'Rockstar:Supernova.'
MySpace babe Bobbi Billard, said to be the #1 most downloaded girl on the Internet, will be on hand along with Asian supermodel Akira Lane; along with the Porcelain Twinz, two gorgeous pale-skinned identical twin sisters; Miss Nude Entertainer of the Year 2006-2007 Schevelle; Penthouse Pet of the Year Erica Ellysonwill and the sexy Snake-Babe will be contributing to what the show's promoters call "a lot of serious booty."
Billed as "a full weekend of eye-popping entertainment," Perry Mann and company have created two evenings of music, sexy performances, a fun stripper competition and more — set against the backdrop of Las Vegas on a long Labor Day Weekend.
