Rather than a direct debit solution, the DirectPay24 system uses a direct bank transfer, so there are no chargebacks.
Merchant payouts are typically made within three days.
Customers do not need a credit card and are not required to register for an account, fund an e-wallet or use custom software.
Currently, the system is only available to customers that have an online bank account in Germany; although the company plans to roll out service throughout most of Europe.
