Airek Appointed to V.P. of Marketing, Brand Management for Hush Money, Shane’s World

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Industry veteran Airek has been appointed to vice president of marketing and brand management for content producers Hush Hush Entertainment and Shane’s World.

Airek will be overseeing the online marketing operations for both companies as well as its portfolio of brands. He also will be assuming responsibility for managing and expanding the affiliate base for the HushMoney and ShanesWorldCash affiliate programs.

"When I started 10 years ago in this business I never would have thought that I would have gained the knowledge and experience that I have throughout the projects that I've chosen to build and promote," Airek told XBIZ.

"I am very excited about the industry right now,” he added. “The agitation and unsettling nature of the business makes for opportunity. I am constantly seeking new ways to maximize the assets that we already have and create new ways to bring in more revenue with the team here at Hush Hush and Shane's World."

Formerly in charge of relaunching the Shane’s World affiliate program, Airek also worked RageCash.

Airek said also the he was enthused to work with his colleagues in the web department, and grateful to those that had guided him through the years.

"I am very happy to work in a web department with people who are passionate about what they do. Voodoo is the best at what he does,” Airek said. “Our coder Eric T is rock solid — My boy Beanz doing customer support and content management. And Megan holding down the DVD Distribution of some great lines."

"Thank you to everyone who has lent me knowledge, information, and experience,” he added. “I value my friendships and business relationships more than money itself. And that is no bullshit."

Hush Hush also took the opportunity to announce the launch of Smash XXX Network, in partnership with production company Smash Pictures.

"I am very, very excited about the products that we have developed to be released over the next short period of time,” Airek said. “You can still make money in this business."
