'Cheerleaders' Tops Gamelink VOD Charts

VAN NUYS, Calif. — Digital Playground's "Cheerleaders" has doubled the 30-day video-on-demand sales of its previous release, "Babysitters," in 12 days, and also has outsold "Babysitters" by almost 40% in their respected first weeks of sales at online retailer Gamelink.com.

"I knew 'Cheerleaders' would be a huge success based on the numbers 'Babysitters' did, but I had no clue that it would do the sales numbers it has done," said Jeff Dillon, Gamelink.com’s director of business development. "And I have been analyzing sales numbers for many years at Gamelink.com."

"Cheerleaders" stars Digital Playground contract girls Jesse Jane, Adrianna Lynn, Shay Jordan and Stoya, and includes additional performances by Memphis Monroe, Shawna Lenee, Alexis Texas, Camryn Kiss, Brianna Love, Lexxi Tyler and Priya Rai. The film was directed by Robby D and produced by Samantha Lewis and Joone.

Special features for "Cheerleaders" include a behind-the-scenes featurette, photo gallery/slide show, contract star bios and special bonus trailers. The film is presented in 16x9 widescreen format with 5.1 digital surround sound and no regional coding.
