MOBX 2008 Supports ASACP

LOS ANGELES – Attendees at this year's upcoming MOBX conference will have the opportunity to learn more about the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) and its work on behalf of the online adult industry.

Taking place March 31 to April 1 at the Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal in Budapest, MOBX is Europe's only dedicated mobile adult expo and conference. MOBX offers an opportunity for the adult industry to responsibly tackle the challenges and opportunities represented through mass penetration of mobile and Internet.

According to ASACP CEO Joan Irvine, "Although ASACP was unable to send a representative to participate in the conference we are grateful that event organizers have made sure information on ASACP will be provided to attendees."

MOBX runs in conjunction with World Telemedia, bridging the corporate gaps between the worlds of mobile and adult.

"This really helps our efforts to expand our international outreach," Irvine said.

Founded in 1996, ASACP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating child pornography from the Internet. ASACP battles child pornography through its CP reporting hotline, and by organizing the efforts of the online adult industry to combat the crime of child sexual abuse. ASACP also works to help parents to prevent children from viewing age-inappropriate material online.
