The producers of such recent films as “The Da Vinci Load,” “BeTwinked” and “Oliver Twink” — which was nominated for two XBIZ Awards — PZP has assembled an all-star cast for “The Twink Whisperer,” including Aaron Tyler, Kyros Christian and Dillon Samuels.
In the film, Tyler stars as a lonely ghost who has haunted a Fort Lauderdale gay resort for more than 80 years. In that time he seduces a lot of virgin boys, including two 1976 hippies, who are played by real-life boyfriends Christian and Samuels.
“Aaron and I have been trying to work together for over a year now,” PZP director Peter Z said. “But something always got in the way. I wrote 'Oliver Twink' for him; however, he couldn't do it due to circumstances beyond our control. Then I received a godsend named Dillon Samuels to replace him in the role, and the rest was magic. Now they are both going to be in the same movie.
“And I adore Kyros,” Z continued. “I've been trying to develop a project worthy of his talents since our last movie together. He has a huge following on all the ‘tube’ websites, with intense fans who go as far as purchasing his soiled underpants. It's amazing.”
Unlike earlier PZP films, “The Twink Whisperer” will be “camp-lite,” with no scenery-chewing performances by Harry Beastt or Misty Eyez (from “Oliver Twink”) or over-the-top John Waters slapstick. Instead, the film will feature a more metaphysical love story paired with hardcore eroticism.
“Don't get me wrong — I love doing campy movies," Z said. “But I just wanted to do something a little different this time around. However, I'll probably go through Misty Eyez withdrawal and ask her to do the public service announcement at the beginning of the movie — I love that drag queen.”
“The Twink Whisperer” will also mark the directorial debut of Tyler. The performer will be directing one of the scenes in the movie, as well as serving as an associate producer. One of Tyler’s goals is to take control of his career by coproducing his projects, much as Jenna Jameson has done.
The movie begins principal photography in early April. Fabscout Entertainment will be assisting with the casting process — although a lot of casting will be done through online social sites. Z prefers to work with fresh faces.
“The Twink Whisperer” will be the first film shot in HD by PZP Productions.
