The discussion, entitled “The Porn Police: Know the Rules,” will touch on the 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A record-keeping regulations, considerations for online access and distribution of materials and resources for additional information and advocacy support.
"Not just pornographers, but anyone creating and working with explicit imagery of even simulated sexual conduct — bloggers, webmasters, narrative filmmakers, documentarians — needs to know the rules and the risks," a festival representative said.
Scheduled panelists are CineKink cofounder and director Lisa Vandever, production company Comstock Films' Tony Comstock, sex writer Violet Blue, filmmaker Joe Swanberg and entertainment attorney Alan Levy.
