Costa Rica Bash Kicks Off Today

JACO BEACH, Costa Rica – The third annual Costa Rica Bash starts today and runs through the weekend.

Taking place on Jaco Beach in the tropical Central American country of Costa Rica, organizers of the adult webmaster-oriented event say they are excited about improvements they have made to this year’s show.

"They say third time's the charm, and we see no reason why Costa Rica Bash 2008 should make a lie of the age-old saying,” Keith, aka Varius, told XBIZ. “We have taken both the positives and negatives from our first two years and created something better."

For example, the Porn Poker Tour will be making a stop in Costa Rica for the first time, notably as the official poker tournament sponsor of the event.

Another new event on the schedule is the “up-close-and-personal riverboat rides” which sail through groups of crocodiles. Organizers promise that it will be an unforgettable experience.

RealSexCash.com will sponsor the Party at the Backyard Surf Bar, which organizers say has been the Costa Rica Bash’s wildest party every year. It takes place Friday from 9 p.m.-2 a.m.

Some of the highlights of Costa Rica Bash will include beach massages, a Jungle ATV Tour and Canopy Tour, and even an Industry Wedding on the Beach. This year's Bash will also feature a farewell beach fiesta Saturday night, complete with fireworks, fire dancers, bonfires and more.

“Come together with fellow industry friends to celebrate the union of two of our own,” reads the event page of the Costa Rica Bash website. “The ceremony will be performed by a special guest who is also a member of our adult community.”

Sponsors of the event include VideoSecrets, CCBill, PaySaint.com and WebCams.com.
