Tera Patrick Has Big Plans to Kick Off 2008

LAS VEGAS — According to the Chinese calendar, 2008 is the Year of the Rat. Though she would never want to argue with centuries of tradition, adult superstar Tera Patrick think that an E is missing because she plans to make 08 the year of Tera.

Already at the top of her game as an adult performer, dancer, company owner and fashion designer, Tera has even bigger and better things planned for the new year. To kick things off right, she has a jam packed week scheduled for the Adult Entertainment Expo taking place January 9-12 at the Sands Expo in Las Vegas.

The party never really starts until Tera arrives and this year, that is literally true of the AEE. On Wednesday, January 9th, Tera will open the AEE by cutting the ribbon at an official ceremony. Doors open at 9:30, but no one gets in until the beautiful Ms. Patrick cuts the ribbon to signal the start of this year's event.

"This is a year filled with great honors" said Tera. "But opening the show has to rank right up there as one of the biggest. Once I cut that ribbon it will be nonstop for me."

For the duration of the expo, Tera will be signing at her Teravision booth. Joining Ms. Patrick in the booth will be stunning adult performers Teri Weigel, Maya Hills, Charmane Star, Jayme Langford and Sasha Grey. Ms. Grey will be promoting the multi-award nominated mega-hit "Broken." First time director Dave Navarro will also be in the booth promoting the ground breaking adult film.

Thursday night features Tera's 3rd Annual Diva Las Vegas Party at the number one nightclub in America, TAO. As it has been for the past two years, Tera's party will be the highlight of a busy party week. Sponsored by IMLive.com, Diva Las Vegas will be better than ever. With music by DJFive and a stunning fashion show featuring Tera's Mistress Couture line, the Diva Las Vegas Party is sure to be a memorable event. Tera and 50 smoking hot celebrities and models will walk the red carpet and then the runway.

The party will go on well into the night, but it is the midnight lingerie show that will have party goers talking for years to come.

Diva Las Vegas 2008 is sponsored by Teravision, Mistress Couture, IMLive.com, Iron Cross, Forbidden Novelties and Rachel's Pleasures. In order to assure a favorable lady to dude ratio, the organizers of Diva Las Vegas are not allowing any "plus 1's" through the door. Everyone must list a name to be included and no guys will be allowed in solo.

Guys must be escorted by at least one hot chick. Industry people my RSVP to terataoparty@gmail.com

With less than twenty-four hours to recover from her party, Tera will take the stage on Friday night with the famous Forty Deuce Burlesque Dancers. The Mandalay Bay is home of the famous dance troupe and they welcome Tera back for a two-show encore performance. The dancers will be dressed in Mistress Couture and then — of course — will be undressed.

"I had such a great time at the New Year's show" said Tera "I can't wait to get back on stage with them. Ivan Kane is a genius who really knows how to create an intimate sexual environment that is not only arousing, but entertaining as well."

As if all of that weren't enough, Tera will cap off her fantastic week in Vegas by hosting the 25th Annual AVN Awards with Greg Fitzimmons at the Mandalay Bay Event Center. Hosting the biggest event in the industry is a tremendous honor and something Tera takes very seriously.

"This is it in our industry. It doesn't get any bigger than hosting the AVN Awards" said Tera. "I am going to do my best to make sure it is a show people will never forget."

After the show, Tera will cap off a whirlwind AEE with a hot after party. The location and details for this private party for industry and friends will be disclosed at a later date.

This will be the icing on the cake of a very busy week.
