SAN FRANCISCO — Director and performer Chelsea Poe has released her latest feature, titled “Reclaimed: Long Live Queer Porn.”
According to a rep, the title was filmed between California and the Netherlands, highlights themes and imagery from throughout Poe’s career, and features Anna Lynx, Dominatrix Rin, Jamie Butine, Mistress Ritual, Zina Berlin, Odette Vesper, and Raphaella Vermont.
“For over a decade, I poured myself into films that shaped who I am as an artist, a performer, and a person,” Poe said. “When my website was shut down and my records withheld, I knew I couldn’t let that be my ending. Over the past year I’ve fought legally, emotionally, and artistically to take my work back. ‘Reclaimed’ is the result.”
“Thank you to everyone who stood with me publicly and privately during this fight,” Poe added. “To the sex workers who inspired me, the performers who trusted me, and those just starting out, this film is proof that your art and your labor are worth fighting for — whether on camera, in our communities, or in the courtroom.”
