JasonCurious.com Gets Cybersocket Web Award Nom

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jason Sechrest and his porn star megasite JasonCurious.com have been nominated for The Cybersocket Web Awards, coinciding with the XBIZ Hollywood '08 Industry Conference.

Touted as the ultimate site for porn fanatics with behind-the-scenes information about adult stars — male and female, straight and gay — JasonCurious.com has won a few Cybersocket Awards in its day, but this year's nod is particularly humbling, Sechrest said, because of the company he's in.

Nominated for Best Personality, his fellow nominees Include Perez Hilton, Chi Chi Larue, Michael Lucas, Jackie Beat, Lady Bunny, Rupaul, Tim & Roma, The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, Ouchy The Clown and Dixie Longate.

"There is no way in hell I'm winning this award," Sechrest wrote in his daily adult news and gossip column, "The News Desk," at JasonCurious.com. "I don't know what they were thinking, but I'm agog at the names I'm next to. That so many voters thought I belonged in the same category as these people is really special to me. There is no way in hell I am winning this award. But hell if I won't go down without a good fight."
