SpiceCash Updates Affiliate Program

BOSTON — Affiliate program SpiceCash.com has launched a powerful new affiliate back-end designed to make webmasters more profit.

SpiceCash is the affiliate program behind fetish powerhouse Wasteland.com and other sites in the BDSM, fetish, Asian and erotica-for-women niches.

Driven by Mansion Productions' MPA3 system, which won the XBIZ Award for Innovative Product in February, the new upgrades to the SpiceCash affiliate program are significant and include offering hosted movie and photo galleries, a picture of the day, hosted free sites, free content, new banners, a variety of ads and more.

"We are very pleased to now offer this powerful affiliate software system that truly allows our webmasters complete control over every aspect of their marketing campaigns," Wasteland founder Colin Rowntree said. "It has always been our pledge to give webmasters absolutely all the tools they need to make money. This new system sets a new standard for affiliates promoting bondage and niche sites, and we invite all webmasters to sign up with us and take advantage of our great new features."

A new ad campaign management and tracking functions allow affiliates to set up individual tracking systems for as many sites and links as they desire, enabling targeted performance evaluation of advertising efforts.

"The feedback we are getting from affiliates is that they absolutely love the campaign management tools,” Rowntree said. “This is one of MPA3's most powerful features that allows webmasters to see at a glance which tools and galleries are performing the best.”

Flexible payout options, including the ability to run both revshare and flat-rate payout campaigns at the same time, as well as flexible linking codes that let affiliates specify alternate landing pages for specific interests (for example video-focused landing pages), also are high on the list of new program features.

“The other feature that we are getting a good response to are the hosted blogs and community sites that attract a lot of social networking and user-generated content traffic, but have no traffic leaks and track the webmaster's code all the way in and out of these sites,” Rowntree told XBIZ.

“We've put our resources into functionality and high-quality marketing tools rather than administrative panel bells and whistles. Maybe next year we'll polish it up with some color and Flash videos of the Wasteland staff doing pole dances — but for now it's simply a powerful interface and that seems to be the more important factor."

A 10 percent webmaster referral program that includes rebills allows affiliates to send webmasters to a choice of webmaster tours for various niche interests. A new rewards program will offer electronic gadgets for affiliates in time for Christmas.
