Adult.com Revamps Site, Adds New Affiliate Program

CHICAGO — Adult.com Thursday announced the relaunch of the site along with a new affiliate program offering high payouts, a wide range of advertising tools and several enticing bonus offers.

The revamped version of the Adult.com affiliate program offers $40 pay-per-signup or 50 percent revshare, as well as 5 percent on webmaster referrals. To kick-start the promotion of the overhauled Adult.com, the program is paying $65 per signup referred on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for the rest of October.

In addition to the $65 payout days, any affiliate who sends 25 or more joins during October will receive a free iPod Touch, 8800gts or Garmin 330 GPS.

Reena Patel, product manager for Adult.com and Club Jenna, told XBIZ that the restructuring of the site into a subscription video-on-demand site represents a “new direction for Adult.com,” that has been in development for several months.

One of the strongest points of the new program, Patel said, is that it offers “some of the most innovative webmaster promotional tools in the adult affiliate market.”

“These include 200 FLV galleries, 200 WMV galleries, a free hosted TGP with traffic back, video of the day players with 450 clips, hosted gallery export RSS, dynamic RSS feeds by FeedPushers.com, 404 pages, 40+ banners and many opportunities to share the videos virally,” Patel said.

Currently, the affiliate program is exclusively dedicated to promotion of the new Adult.com site. Patel told XBIZ that there are “plans to launch other subscription products, possibly under the Adult.com affiliate program,” but that the placement of those products has not yet been determined.

To bolster exclusive content offerings from Club Jenna, Spice Studios and Cinema Play, the new Adult.com carries an extensive collection of licensed content, giving customers hundreds of DVDs to choose from, in both downloadable and streaming media.

Asked what sets the new Adult.com affiliate program apart from other affiliate programs in the market, Patel counted a laundry list of strengths, including “content, multiple formats for consumer preferences, no DRM hassles and easily downloadable content, technology, multiple promotional options for webmasters and high payout structures.”
