“We have been asked by consumers when this title would be made available for download and decided to use SunshineDVD.com as its sole provider for now," an OGV spokesman said. "There are sites out there that are better-known but with Sunshine we have the advantage of being the only big release for them to spotlight. Other sites are great, but because of their affiliations we might be highlighted for a day or two and then replaced by someone else they need to move to the forefront.”
SunshineDVD.com launched roughly six months ago and is a newcomer in the VOD market with more than 3,000 titles available.
“The other reason we decided to go with Sunshine is their delivery system is state-of-the-art, giving the consumer broadcast-quality delivery," the spokesman said. "And of course, Sunshine is where Shane started several years ago with Seymore Butts, so they have all of those early titles for her fans to choose from as well.”
The original Seymore Butts movies were produced by Sunshine and are also available on the site.
