Stormy Daniels Shines on Sunset Strip

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — The star power on the Sunset Strip is legendary.

Wicked Pictures contract director/performer Stormy Daniels added to the celebrity wattage with an exclusive, invite-only release party on Wednesday at the House of Blues for her big-budget comedy, "Operation: Desert Stormy."

Concentrated inside the House of Blues' chic Foundation Room reserved for VIP-only events, Daniels presided over the swanky soiree to celebrate the release of Wicked Pictures’ most expensive project to date. After ambling through the venue's crowded outdoor patio, invited guests could watch a screening of the movie, or round the corner toward the generous open bar.

Daniels told XBIZ that the most nerve-wracking part of the evening was her movie's debut on the big screen. The screening room was standing room only for the duration of the movie.

"I was pretty nervous at first because this was the first time the movie was shown," Daniels said. "But it was very gratifying that the audience laughed when they were supposed to and gasped when they were supposed to. So much work went into this project and it was extremely gratifying for me that the end result got such a positive reaction from the crowd. I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out."

Cocktails flowed, music pulsated and excitement circulated throughout the venue as revelers were clearly enjoying themselves on one of the country's most celebrated boulevards.

Goodie bags were handed out as guests flowed out of the club and into the crisp Hollywood night air. Items included the three-disc "Operation: Desert Stormy" DVD in a keepsake case, the movie poster, a T-shirt, the movie's theme song on CD, a Cal Exotics vibe and a Wet lube sample.

Invited guests included Brad Armstrong, Randy Spears, Bonnie Kail, Holly Randall, Derek Hay, Brianna Love, Mike Moz, Carmella Bing, Courtney Cummz, Eva Angelina, Marcus London, Tommy Gunn, Tee Reel, Trina Michaels, Alana Evans, Gram Ponante, Tony Batman, Ryder Skye, Van Styles, Jenna Haze, Jules Jordan, Steve Orenstein, Evan Stone, Ron Jeremy, Syren, Lisa Daniels, Jew Hefner, Celeste Star, Vince Vouyer, Christina Aguchi, Gina Lynn, Gianna Lynn, Mr. Marcus, Gia Paloma and Emilianna.
