Segpay Names Tom John CTO

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Segpay has appointed Tom John as its new Chief Technology Officer.

According to a rep, John has more than 25 years of experience leading technology organizations in the financial and consulting industries; he co-founded AI data analytics company InsitesData and served as Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer; and he has led a variety of tech companies from software development to cloud transformation. In his new role, John will lead Segpay’s technology team and oversee the continued development of Segpay’s payment platform.

“Technology has always been the foundation of Segpay’s success,” said Segpay CEO Cathy Beardsley. “Tom brings extensive leadership experience and a proven track record of building and growing organizations. We are excited to welcome him to the team as we continue to enhance the Segpay platform for our merchants.”

Added John, “Segpay has built a strong reputation for innovation and reliability in payments. I'm excited to join the team and help continue deploying technology that supports our merchants today and well into the future.”
