StreamPayments Joins ASACP as Corporate Sponsor

LOS ANGELES — Payment service provider and consultancy firm StreamPayments has signed on as the latest corporate sponsor for Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP).

ASACP is a nonprofit organization that has worked to promote online child safety for the past 30 years. It relies on the support of numerous companies, organizations, and individuals committed to protecting children from online harm.

“As a company built around online payments, we are aware of the immense opportunities available on the internet, as well as the many ways it can be used for harm,” said StreamPayments founder and CEO Biliana Sidova. “It is our responsibility to contribute to internet safety and accountability, especially for the most vulnerable among us. Protecting children online is foundational to a safer, more responsible internet for everyone. Supporting ASACP’s work was an easy decision because their values reflect those of my team and the business community we serve.”

Added ASACP Executive Director Tim Henning, “The dedication of industry leaders to safeguarding the innocence of youth while respecting adults’ choices is making a positive difference. ASACP appreciates the support from stakeholders like StreamPayments and values their efforts to build a better world. Safeguarding youth online involves more than just blocking mature content; it also requires educating and empowering the industries that work with such material. We thank StreamPayments for their support and for helping to ensure children’s online safety, and we encourage others to help us move forward.”
