Segpay Partners With Corey Silverstein for Legal Services

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Segpay has partnered with adult industry attorney Corey D. Silverstein for specialized legal compliance and policy support for its merchant network.

All existing or pending Segpay merchants will receive 10 percent off agreed-upon services from Silverstein Legal.

“Corey is a leading legal authority in the high-risk, adult space and is a frequent guest on Segpay’s news channel, the Segpay News Network (SNN), where he offers legal insights on pressing industry issues,” said a rep. “Segpay is proactively expanding its resources to help merchants stay compliant and operational. This includes creating new legal policies and conducting existing policy reviews to meet new merchant requirements. Through this partnership, merchants will gain access to expert legal guidance from the Silverstein Legal team, helping them to remain compliant with all card brands.”

Segpay CEO Cathy Beardsley elaborated on the partnership.

“Merchants today are navigating increasingly complex legal and payment requirements,” she said. “Partnering with Silverstein Legal ensures our clients have access to trusted expertise to meet these constantly changing standards.”

Added Silverstein, “These days, it’s challenging for high-risk merchants to figure out what to do to stay compliant, and turning to AI for policy help won’t cut it. You need a legal expert to get through the complex banking process.”
