NEW YORK — Vanniall is featured in a new photo spread in The New Yorker, titled "Bodies of Work: Up Close with OnlyFans Creators," which spotlights creators who are reshaping the adult industry, digital labor, and public conversations around sex work.
Photographed by Katy Grannan with text by Jennifer Wilson, the feature opens with Vanniall in a topless portrait as the interviewer traces her path in the industry — from her teenage years in South Carolina to discovering the word “trans” on Tumblr and ultimately becoming an award-winning Massachusetts-based creator.
“To be seen this way by The New Yorker feels deeply meaningful because the piece treats creators as artists, workers, and people with full interior lives," said Vanniall. "My work has always been about more than just the image on screen. It’s about authorship, survival, desire, self-recognition, and building a life where I get to decide how I am seen.”
