'In Bed With Kate' Podcast Drops 2 XBIZ Panel Episodes

LOS ANGELES — Kate Kozlova’s “In Bed With Kate” podcast has dropped two episodes in response to a recent XBIZ panel on adult retail and consumer behavior trends.

Topics explored in the episodes include how reduced discretionary spending and increased price sensitivity are reshaping demand in adult retail; the need for stores to evolve beyond transactions into education-driven, experience-focused environments; a necessity for stronger alignment between retail, e-commerce, and social platforms; the need for storytelling and consistent brand identity; and how crucial investment in staff training, CRM systems, and digital infrastructure is for long-term stability.

“In this cycle, visibility is crucial,” Kozlova said. “The strategies that worked years ago no longer deliver results, which is why I chose to go deeper into the panel discussion and focus on practical solutions retailers can implement today.”

Retail Strategy Shift: What's Actually Working in 2026” and “Inside the Adult Retail: What's Actually Working in 2026” are streaming on YouTube.
