ShootXEvents Joins ASACP as Media Sponsor

LOS ANGELES — ShootXEvents has signed on as an in-kind media sponsor for the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP).

ASACP is a nonprofit organization that has worked to promote online child safety for the past 29 years. It relies on the support of numerous companies, organizations, and individuals committed to protecting children from online harm.

“Working closely in this space gives us a clear perspective on the importance of accountability,” said a ShootXEvents rep. “Supporting ASACP is part of that responsibility, as is helping ensure that as the industry grows, it does so with the right safeguards in place to keep adult content where it belongs and out of reach of minors.”

Added ASACP Executive Director Tim Henning, “ASACP is grateful for the assistance it receives from stakeholders like ShootXEvents and for the continuing good work the association is accomplishing. Safeguarding youth online goes beyond blocking mature content; it also includes educating and empowering industries that handle this material. We appreciate ShootXEvents for stepping up in support of the association and for the safety of children online, and encourage others to do so, too.”
