LOS ANGELES — Leonid Radvinsky, owner of OnlyFans and MyFreeCams, has died at the age of 43 following a battle with cancer, according to a company spokesperson.
Radvinsky, a longtime figure in the online adult and digital media space, acquired OnlyFans in 2018 through his company, Fenix International. Under his ownership, the platform experienced rapid growth, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, becoming one of the most widely recognized subscription-based content platforms.
“We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Leo Radvinsky. Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer,” an OnlyFans spokesperson said in a public statement. “His family has requested privacy at this difficult time.”
OnlyFans’ model revolutionized how creators monetize content, expanding opportunities for adult performers and digital entrepreneurs through subscriptions, tips and pay-per-view messaging.
Prior to OnlyFans, in 2004, Radvinsky founded the webcam platform MyFreeCams through his holding company, MFCXY Inc., establishing an early presence in the online adult industry.
Radvinsky maintained a relatively low public profile throughout his tenure, rarely giving interviews despite overseeing the global expansion of OnlyFans.
