SAN FRANCISCO — Reigning and three-time XMAs Gay Performer of the Year Derek Kage makes his fisting bottom debut in the latest collaboration from NakedSword and Club Inferno.
The Ben Rush-directed scene, part of the "Ten Out of Ten: Derek's First Gonzo Gangbang" release, features Tony Genius, Brogan, Ty Santana, Heath Halo, Colt Spence, Alex Kof, Miles Fallon, Chris Damned, and Dio Ferrero.
