Pineapple Support to Host Panel at TES Marbella

MARBELLA, Spain — Pineapple Support will attend TES Affiliate Conference, where its CEO/founder, Leya Tanit, will moderate a panel discussion focused on the hidden financial and human costs of ignoring mental health in the workplace.

The panel, titled "The High Cost You're Not Tracking (But Already Paying For)," will take place on Tuesday, Mar. 10, at 5:00 p.m., and it will include Brad Mitchell of MojoHost, Austin of Mr Skin/Kink, Daniel Keeting of mindmood/siren.ai, and Andy Lulham of verify.my.

The session will explore what leaders can do to strengthen team wellbeing, support teams through scaling and new technology implementation, and create stability during restructuring — while addressing the rising costs of burnout, turnover, and reputational risk.

"Too often, mental health is viewed as a personal issue rather than a business priority," said Tanit. "But the data, and the lived experiences of leaders, show that ignoring wellbeing carries a very real cost. This panel gives leaders practical ways to support their teams through growth, tech changes, and restructuring, because when people feel secure and supported, businesses scale stronger."

During TES Marbella, Pineapple Support will also highlight Wellbeing by PS, its corporate wellbeing and training division designed specifically to help high-risk and high-pressure businesses by providing tailored workshops, leadership training, crisis response guidance, and ongoing mental health support programs.

TES Marbella will take place March 9-12 in Marbella, Spain. For more information, click here.
