Corey Silverstein to Discuss New Alabama Laws on Sex Work CEO's Live Twitter Space

LOS ANGELES — Attorney Corey D. Silverstein will appear on a live Twitter Space with Sex Work CEO founder MelRose Michaels on Tuesday, Feb. 10, at 11 a.m. (PST).

Silverstein will discuss the latest Alabama adult content laws, what they mean for adult creators, and why platforms are choosing to leave the state rather than comply, as well as what the law technically requires and how these changes fit into a broader pattern of state-level regulation targeting adult content.

The conversation will also touch on broader First Amendment concerns, platform risk avoidance strategies, and what creators should prioritize right now to stay informed without panic.

“I'm looking forward to returning to this amazing Live Twitter Space to discuss this essential topic and how it is impacting everyone that is part of the adult entertainment industry,” said Silverstein. “I will do my best to answer some of the industry's most pressing questions and provide guidance on how to proceed.”

The discussion will livestream on X.com.
