Pineapple Support Releases End of Year Review for 2025

LOS ANGELES — Pineapple Support has released its End of Year Review for 2025, detailing the organization's achievements, challenges, and new initiatives.

“The End of Year Review outlines how the organization has continued its commitment to delivering free and low-cost mental health therapy, support, and resources to performers and content creators in the adult industry,” said a rep. “The roundup also details emerging mental health trends — including a notable rise in neurodiversity-related support requests — as well as noting the organization's presence at major industry events, its corporate training initiatives, and its 2026 funding goals.”

The report highlights that Pineapple Support has delivered more than $2.3 million in therapy, emotional support, and essential mental health services to date, and that it has provided over 18,000 one-on-one therapy sessions to adult performers and producers.

Additionally, the report reveals that Pineapple has connected more than 4,000 performers, producers, and other members of the adult community with emotional support and therapy. It also details the launch of Wellbeing by PS, a new corporate wellbeing initiative for businesses in the industry.

“To date, we have supported nearly 20,000 people in the online adult industry,” said Pineapple Support founder Leya Tanit. “Seventy-eight percent of donations went directly toward providing care, making us one of the most efficient nonprofits in the U.S. However, as the industry faces difficulties, the demand for our services continues to rise.

“Our challenges are growing, but so is our strength,” Tanit added. “The collective support from our sponsors, therapists, staff, and community has been vital in connecting workers with essential mental health services. Your generosity continues to be the lifeline that not only supports but transforms lives.”
