Pornhub Releases 2025 'Year in Review' Report

LOS ANGELES — Pornhub has released its “Year in Review Insights” report for 2025, the 12th edition of the site’s annual statistics, data analysis, and infographic initiative.

The report features infographics and statistics breaking down searches according to gender, sexual orientation, state-by-state search habits, the time people spend on Pornhub, and other data reported by the company.

Among the 2025 data, highlights include “Most Searched Porn Stars” (Alex Adams, Angela White, Violet Myers, Bonnie Blue, and Lana Rhoades topping the list), “Most Searched Terms in the U.S.” (latina, MILF, Asian, hentai, lesbian, and ebony), and “Top 20 Countries by Traffic” (led by the U.S., Mexico, Philippines, Brazil, and Germany).

According to the report, "lesbian" porn was 2025’s top trend. The term “Transgender” was up 58% globally and ranked #2 in the U.S., and “Femboy” entered the global Top 10 for the first time.

Searches related to sharing also increased, the report reveals. The term “hotwife” increased 101%, “cuckold” was up 73%, “swingers” was up 68%, and the term “wife swap” was up 39%.

Additional insights featured generational findings. Boomers are more likely to view cuckold and interracial content, and Gen Z searches leaned more toward connection and play searches like “virtual reality,” “romantic,” and “party.”

The report also highlighted that 38% of Pornhub’s traffic now comes from women, reflecting a 1.5% increase since 2024 and a significant rise from 2015, when women accounted for just 24% of visitors.
