LOS ANGELES — Micha Starr is the latest guest on the "For The People" podcast, hosted by Judge Herb Dodell.
An attorney, author, and activist, Starr discusses human trafficking, how politics and policy impact justice for survivors, the legal system’s challenges and reforms, and her journey as an attorney for survivors of violence, among other topics.
“This episode sheds light on urgent issues at the intersection of law, politics, and human rights,” said Dodell. “We started out requesting Micha to discuss Jeffrey Epstein, but we ended up with an episode that gave us so much more. There’s so much to learn about human trafficking, especially done through the internet these days; the innocent and underage are sadly easy targets.”
